Welcome to Baasi.in. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or purchasing from www.baasi.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy).

User & Provider Definitions

  • User (“You”): Any person who accesses or uses this website.
  • Provider (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Baasi.in”): Baasi.in, operated from India.

Shipping Policies

We currently ship only within India.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Orders usually reach customers within 5–12 working days, depending on location and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update accurately.

Delivery Challenges

  • If a delivery address is incomplete or not easily accessible, delivery may be delayed. We may contact you via email or phone for confirmation.
  • While we work with reliable courier partners, Baasi.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

Proof of Delivery (POD) Disputes – India

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

Email us at baasi.artshop@gmail.com with your order details.
If the issue is not reported within this timeframe, we may not be able to raise a dispute with the courier partner.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery after multiple contact attempts, the following options apply:

  • Reshipping: The order can be reshipped upon request with an additional shipping charge.

  • Cancellation & Refund: A refund will be processed after the product is received back in its original condition, minus original shipping charges.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email baasi.artshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product and packaging.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended to speed up resolution.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, email baasi.artshop@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • No cancellations are accepted once an order is shipped
  • No cancellations for customized or made-to-order products

Discount Codes Policy

Discount codes may apply to selected products or collections and may have minimum order requirements.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Payment & Currency

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

Product Care Instructions

Many of our products are handmade or artist-created and require gentle handling.
Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.

Baasi.in is not responsible for damage caused due to improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.baasi.in including artwork, text, images, logos, and product designs- is the intellectual property of Baasi.in and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Note on Reselling

Reselling Baasi.in products or using our product images/content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Baasi.in is not liable for:

  • Website interruptions or technical errors
  • Indirect or incidental damages beyond the value of the purchased product

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baasi.in from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or purchases made on Baasi.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
