Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Baasi.in

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at baasi.artshop@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Your contact details
  3. Reason for refund request
  4. Clear photos of the product (if defective/damaged)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exchanges & Special Cases

We do not offer exchanges, except in cases where a wrong product has been delivered.
Such issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

For missing deliveries, a Proof of Delivery (POD) dispute must be raised within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered by the courier.

Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that are used/damaged after delivery
  • Personalized/custom products once shipped
