The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed within India.
Currently, Baasi.in does not ship internationally.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be charged
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout

Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 5–12 working days
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update accurately.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or similar reasons, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier partner or delivery agent to resolve the issue.

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the order being marked as RTO (Return to Origin). Please refer to our Terms of Service for RTO-related policies.
